Front Doors

Stained Front Doors: whether your front door needs a full strip, or some touch up- we've got you covered! Most doors always benefit from a full chemical strip, sand, stain, and clearcoat. However, some doors can be revived using a quicker and cheaper alternative. We can go over options during your estimate.

Fiberglass Doors: stripping can be tricky and it's never recommended to prime and paint them unless you stick with a light color and your door doesn't get much sunlight. Dark paint colors usually get too hot and begin to peel shortly after application. They do have fiberglass-safe strippers on the market, so the majority of them can be stripped and redone. Some will only need a touch up, or some blending with stain.

**note** when stain is touched up or blended with gel stain, some of the wood grain can be "muted" or become less visible. The overall finish, however,  is still tranparent and pretty sharp! Please see our gallery!
